OFL Mineral Beneficiation

MINERAL PROCESSING 

Our Mineral Processing factory has been in operation since 2005 and located at Zango Daji on the outskirt of Lokoja, Kogi State.

For the production of industrial minerals, we have installed high pressure pulveriser (YGM 8514) and high pressure micro powder pulveriser (YGM 9531)to mill Feldspars and Calcium Carbonate as raw material feedstock to various local companies involved in paints, plastic, ceramics, glass, rubber and fertilizer production respectively. We also carry out contract milling or milling orders for Kaolin, Diatomite, Gypsum, Talc, Mica, Phosphate and Copper Ores.

Installed and running in the factory are two state-of-the-art Pulverizers

1. One 3R HIGH PRESSURE PULVERISER (YGM 8514)

• Output: 1.5 – 1 Tons/hr
• Product size: 30 -500 mesh size

2. Two 4R HIGH PRESSURE MICRO POWDER PULVERISER (YGM 9531)

• Output: 4 - 2 Ton/hr
• Product size: 60 - 1000 mesh

These Pulverizers are used mainly for Feldspar and Calcium Carbonate which we bag (50kg bags) and supply Industries that require them for manufacturing.

We also carry out contract milling or milling orders for various Solid Minerals (Kaolin, Diatomite, Gypsum etc.) that will be of interest to our clients.

• Glass Grade - 30 mesh
• Ceramic Grade – 60 mesh

2. Calcium Carbonate

• Glass Grade – 30 -60 mesh
• Paint Grade - 400 mesh
• Pesticide Grade – 700 mesh

3. Kaolin & Talc

• Cosmetic Grade – 700-1000 mesh
